I am a licensed massage therapist, shiatsu bodywork therapist, reiki and energy healer, and an intuitive spiritual guide.
I have been a licensed massage therapist in FL since 2019. My path started as a shiatsu therapist and reiki healer in 2003 in MN.
I have over 2 decades experience as a shiatsu, reiki and energy healing therapist.
I always had a passion for how our mind, body and our soul work together and how that can impact our body and health. I have always had a calling to be a massage therapist and a spiritual healer.
I had my own experiences of grief, anxiety and the emotional toll of being a caregiver for several years.
My mission is to create a compassionate, calming, nurturing environment where your mind and body and soul can reconnect. To help you walk away feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, relaxed, and understood at the end of your session.

Shiatsu is Japanese healing using finger pressure along the meridians. Meridians are energy channels that circulate blood and qi throughout the body. Shiatsu is deeply rooted in Chinese Medicine. It is to promote and regulate the natural healing powers in the persons body.
